目的观察红花黄色素对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法将78例ACS患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,各39例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用红花黄色素静脉输注,检测两组入院时及治疗2周后Hcy水平。结果经2周治疗后,治疗组Hcy水平较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论红花黄色素可明显降低ACS患者Hcy水平。
Objective To observe the effect of safflor yellow on plasma homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods 78 patients with ACS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. The treatment group was given safflor yellow intravenous infusion on the basis of routine treatment. Hcy level after week. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the Hcy level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower yellow can obviously reduce the Hcy level in ACS patients.
