图书馆是我国现代社会人们信息交流与传递的重要场所,也是人们汲取与利用知识的服务机构。随着社会的飞速发展与科学技术的创新,图书馆正在迎接着新的发展机遇。作为图书馆管理工作的重要组成部分——读者服务,是图书馆服务工作的核心,也是当前图书馆一切管理工作的出发点。本文对当前图书馆读者服务现状与问题进行分析,并对提升图书馆读者服务有效性进提出思考与策略。
Library is an important place for people’s information exchange and transmission in modern society in our country and a service organization for people to learn and utilize knowledge. With the rapid development of society and the innovation of science and technology, libraries are embracing new opportunities for development. As an important part of the library management work-reader service, it is the core of the library service work and also the starting point of all the current management work of the library. This article analyzes the present situation and problems of library service for readers, and puts forward some thoughts and strategies for improving the service effectiveness of library readers.
