我厂在硬齿面减速器生产过程中,原用减速器端盖钻孔工艺效率低,精度差且影响了生产进度和装配精度,对此,我们经过认真研究,制订了端盖钻孔新工艺。将摇臂钻床工作台上安装一“分度头,三爪卡盘”装置,特制一对刀棒.钻孔前,先将钻头对准对刀棒相应的孔,然后锁紧摇臂,移动主轴箱至S距离处,用卡尺测量S尺寸,使S=R_(工件)+r~棒+r_(刀具)。锁紧主轴箱,取下对刀棒,将工件夹紧于三爪卡盘上,钻第一个孔,按工件孔的位置要求,转动分度头至所需角度,钻第二个孔,依次进行下去(见附图)。
