相信在很多高中体育老师的眼中,应试教育都是体育教学的大敌。在应试教育体制之下,由于高考并没有将体育列为考试科目,所以长期以来,无论高中各个科目的任课教师还是学生以及学生家长,都视体育为“可学可不学”的科目。因此,体育课的课时就成为了各个老师争抢的重点。然而这样的情况,已经伴随着素质教育取代应试教育而得到了根本的改变。在新课改的背景之下,高中体育教师必须正确地认识新形势下的体育教学工作,以实现素质教育的教育目标为基础,调整教学方法,只有这样才能够保证体育教学的质量和效率。

However, such a situation has been fundamentally changed with the fact that quality education has taken the place of exam-oriented education. In the context of the new curriculum reform, the high school PE teachers must correctly understand the PE teaching work in the new situation and adjust the teaching methods based on the education goal of quality education. Only in this way can the PE teaching quality and efficiency be ensured.
