目的探讨中药治疗痤疮机理,了解痤疮颗粒的主要药理作用。方法选择昆明种小鼠和W istar大鼠,分别进行体外抑菌、体内抗菌、对小鼠耳壳急性渗出性炎症的影响,对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响,对大鼠腹腔白细胞游走的影响,对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响和对去卵巢雌性小鼠子宫重量的影响实验。结果痤疮颗粒对5种47株临床致病菌有不同程度的体外抑菌作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、丙酸痤疮杆菌的生长有较强的抑制力;痤疮颗粒对腹腔感染金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠有明显的保护作用,存活率为70%;对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳急性渗出性炎症,有明显的抑制作用,P<0.01;对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进有一定抑制作用;对羟甲基纤维素(CMC)引起的炎症渗出液中白细胞数量抑制率为62.65%;不同时间扩张小鼠耳廓细动脉和细静脉,与空白对照组比较P<0.01或P<0.05;对去卵巢雌性小鼠子宫重量明显提高,P<0.05。结论痤疮颗粒具有明显抑菌、抗炎、改善微循环的作用,该作用与本药凉血解毒、燥湿清热、活血消肿功效相一致。
Objective To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for acne and to understand the main pharmacological effects of acne granules. Methods Kunming mice and Wistar rats were selected for antibacterial effect in vitro, antibacterial effect in vivo, and acute inflammatory exudative inflammation in mouse ear capsules. The effects on capillary permeability of abdominal cavity in mice were studied. Effects of leukocyte migration, effects on mouse auricular microcirculation and effects on weight of ovariectomized female mice. Results The acne granules had different degrees of in vitro antibacterial activity against 5 kinds of 47 clinical pathogenic bacteria, among which there was strong inhibition on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Acanthamococcium propionate; acne granules against abdominal infection Staphylococcus aureus mice had obvious protective effects, and the survival rate was 70%; acute exudative inflammation of mouse ear shells induced by p-xylene had a significant inhibitory effect, P<0.01; abdominal cavity of mice induced by acetic acid Capillary hyperpermeability has a certain inhibitory effect; the inhibitory rate of leukocyte in the inflammatory exudate caused by carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is 62.65%; mouse auricle arterioles and fine veins are expanded at different times, and The control group had P<0.01 or P<0.05; the weight of the uterus in the ovariectomized female mice was significantly increased, P<0.05. Conclusion The acne granules have obvious antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and microcirculatory effects, which is consistent with the efficacy of the drug cooling blood detoxification, dampness heat, blood circulation swelling.
