应用旋转电弧GMAW对大厚度10Ni5CrMoV钢小坡口焊接工艺进行了探讨。高速摄影观察了其焊接过程中电弧及溶滴过渡行为对侧壁熔合的影响,对旋转频率及焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响进行了分析,获得了在合适的旋转频率和工艺参数下的外观成形良好的焊缝。焊接接头宏观金相表明,接头中未见气孔、裂纹、夹渣、未熔合等缺陷;拉伸结果表明,焊接接头强度与母材强度相当;低温冲击试验结果表明,焊接接头低温冲击韧性已达到使用要求。研究成果为大厚度10Ni5CrMoV钢在船舶制造业中的应用提供了技术支撑。 The application of rotating arc GMAW to the small thickness of 10Ni5CrMoV steel groove bevel welding process were discussed. The effects of arc and droplet transfer on the sidewall fusing during the welding process were observed by high-speed photography.
