目的:为人工培殖冬虫夏草选择优质的虫种提供理论依据。方法:在常规的饲养方式条件下引种研究云南产剑川蝠蛾Hepialus jianchuanensis的生物学特性。结果:在四川康定室内环境条件下,蛹期约40d,全天可以羽化;雌、雄性比约为1.2:1,成虫交配高峰在19:30-20:30,成虫期约25d,个体寿命雌蛾为5~6d,雄蛾为6~7d;成虫产卵量平均300粒左右,卵100粒重平均为10.33mg;幼虫期为350d左右,初孵幼虫具有多食性和一定的耐寒性。结论:引种的剑川蝠蛾与康定基地饲养的其他寄主生物学特性在生活历期、卵的100粒重以及腹内余卵数量等方面有一定的差异。
Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for selection of high quality worms for artificial culture of Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: The biological characteristics of Hepialus jianchuanensis in Yunnan Province were introduced under the condition of normal feeding. Results: Under the Kangding indoor environment in Sichuan Province, the pupal stage was about 40 days old. The ratio of female to male was about 1.2: 1. The adult mating peak was between 19: 30-20: 30 and the adult stage was about 25 days. Moths were 5 to 6 days, and male moths were 6 to 7 days. The average fecundity of eggs was about 300 and the average weight of eggs was 10.33 mg. The larval period was about 350 days. The newly hatched larvae had polyphagous and cold tolerance. CONCLUSION: The biological characteristics of the introduced hosts and their hosts in Kangding were different in their life cycle, the 100-kernel weight of eggs and the number of intra-abdominal ones.
