目的了解深圳市某手机玻璃厂存在的职业危害及其程度。方法在收集相关资料的基础上,采用职业卫生调查和现场检测等方法。结果该厂存在多种职业病危害因素,其中丙酮、异佛尔酮、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、甲醇、正己烷、正庚烷、正戊烷、异戊烷、氟化物、其他粉尘、高温、噪声的合格率均为100%,甲醇合格率为91.7%。结论该手机玻璃厂大部分职业病危害因素控制较好,但个别作业岗位甲醇浓度超过职业接触限值,职业病危害控制措施有待改进。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and the extent of a mobile phone glass factory in Shenzhen. Methods Based on the collection of relevant data, occupational health surveys and on-site testing were adopted. Results There were a number of occupational hazards in the plant including acetone, isophorone, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, methanol, n-hexane, n-heptane, n- pentane, isopentane, fluoride, other dusts, , The passing rate of noise is 100%, the passing rate of methanol is 91.7%. Conclusion Most of the mobile phone glass factory occupational hazards control is better, but individual job post methanol concentration exceeds the occupational exposure limits, occupational disease hazard control measures need to be improved.
