危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)技术是以系统工程为基础针对化工工艺过程开发的危害辨识技术。本文针对现有混酸等温硝化反应制硝基甲苯的生产工艺,运用HAZOP方法对该过程进行系统分析,发现可能存在的安全隐患和潜在危险,提出必要的安全保护措施和合理的建议改进措施,该工作对于进一步研发绿色硝化工艺具有指导意义,能够将项目中的危险尽可能消灭在项目实施早期,以降低风险、节省投资。
Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) technology is a systems engineering-based hazard identification technology developed for chemical process. In this paper, the current nitric toluene production process of mixed acid isothermal nitration reaction was systematically analyzed by using HAZOP method to find out potential safety hazards and potential dangers, and to put forward the necessary safety protection measures and reasonable suggestions and improvements The work is of guiding significance for further research and development of a green nitrification process, and can eliminate the danger in the project as early as possible during project implementation in order to reduce risks and save investment.
