Cross-border income disparity is an important topic of economic growth theory. Recent research attributed the transnational income gap to the endogenous bias of technological change. The existing literature only studies the cross-country differences in the stock of biased technologies. This article extends this proposition to the study of transnational differences in the growth of biased technologies, and analyzes the two meanings of biased technological changes: biased technology And the biased technological progress, and studied the resulting absolute economic convergence and conditional convergence. On this basis, combining the economic reality of developed and developing countries today, the convergence of transnational income disparity is divided into four situations. From the perspective of biased technological change, the causes of absolute convergence and conditional convergence as well as wage fluctuations The reasons are given for explanation. Finally, it is concluded that continuous biased technological progress and efficient human capital input are important conditions for developing countries to catch up with developed countries.
