板料翻孔及弯曲时,往往在翻孔边缘及弯曲边缘发生开裂。一般,防止开裂的措施是采取修边、切削等方法以去除毛刺或将冲件作局部退火,但由于存在种种问题而不切实用。实用的解决办法是将翻孔前的冲孔边缘进行予挤压的简单方法,这对于防止开裂的产生具有显著效果。 冲孔的边缘都残留有易于在翻孔时发生开裂的毛刺及断裂面(图1a)。如果从毛刺面用圆锥形冲头给材料加压使之成为挤光面(图1b),这就是利用予挤压以防止翻孔开裂产生的方法。
When the sheet is turned over and bent, the crack often occurs at the edge of the turn-over hole and the curved edge. In general, measures to prevent cracking are trimming, cutting, etc., to remove burrs or to locally anneal the blanks, but are not practical due to various problems. A practical solution is a simple method of pre-piercing the punched edge to pre-squeeze the simple method, which is to prevent the generation of cracking has a significant effect. The edges of the punched hole have burrs and fractured surfaces that are prone to cracking during turn-over (Figure 1a). If a conical punch is used to press the material from the burr surface to the gloss surface (Figure 1b), this is the method of pre-extrusion to prevent cracking in the hole.
