本文介绍了应用金属软管和胶粘剂修复高炉冷却壁本体内断裂弯管的技术。试验研究指出,该工艺适合冷却壁水管工况,确保了修复弯管的可靠性。高炉应用结果表明,对延长冷却壁寿命起到了积极的作用。
This article describes the application of metal hoses and adhesives to repair the broken elbows in the blast furnace stave. Experimental studies show that the process is suitable for cooling wall pipe conditions, to ensure the reliability of the repair elbow. Blast furnace application results show that to extend the life of the cooling wall has played a positive role.
