在U形切槽梁双参数测试法理论推导基础上,试验了21个大理岩U形切槽梁试样,用双参数法确定其拉伸强度和断裂韧度.为了保证测试结果的有效性,在断裂后的半截U形切槽梁上钻取了8个巴西圆盘试样和7个人字形切槽巴西圆盘试样,分别单独测试其拉伸强度和断裂韧度.不同方法测试结果比较表明:由U形切槽梁双参数测试法得到的拉伸强度和断裂韧度分别与用巴西圆盘试样测得的拉伸强度和用人字形切槽巴西圆盘试样测得的断裂韧度接近.用Gómez有关文献中PMMA材料的U形切槽梁实验数据进行分析,再次证实了U形切槽梁双参数测试法的有效性.
Based on the theoretical deduction of U-shaped grooved beam parameters, 21 samples of U-shaped grooved slab beams were tested and their tensile strength and fracture toughness were determined by two-parameter method.In order to ensure the validity of the test results , Eight Brazilian disc specimens and seven herringbone grooved Brazilian disc specimens were drilled on the fractured half-cut U-shaped grooved beams, and their tensile strength and fracture toughness were tested separately. The results of different methods The comparison shows that the tensile strength and fracture toughness obtained by the two-parameter test of U-shaped grooved girder are respectively compared with the tensile strength measured by the Brazil disc specimen and the fracture measured by the chevron-shaped Brazilian disc specimen The toughness is close.Using the experimental data of U-shaped grooving beams of PMMA material in the Gómez literature, the validity of the two-parameter U-shaped grooving beam method is proved again.
