不少青年新闻工作同志问我:你干新闻工作时间不短,对这一行的主要体会是什么? 这是一个不大不小的问题。从《人民日报》工作岗位退到二线后,我继续关注我国新闻工作的情况和问题,不断写些有关方面的文字,这么说来,同新闻结缘已有一个花甲周期,时间不算短。但取得经验不多,积累教训不少,主要体会一言难尽。如果勉强概括一条,我想提“入门不难,提高不易”几字,跟同行商讨。 我认为这几个字有历史印记,也有现实意义。
Many young journalists ask me: You do not have to work hard in the press for a long time. What are your main thoughts on this trip? This is an issue of modest size. After I retreated from the post of “People’s Daily” to the second line, I continued to pay attention to the situation and problems of China’s news work and kept writing the relevant texts. In this connection, I have already had a cycle of meridians with the news and the time is not too short. However, little experience gained, accumulated a lot of lessons, the main experience difficult to understand. If you barely sum up one, I would like to mention “Getting started is not difficult to improve not easy,” a few words, to discuss with their peers. I think these words have a historical imprint, but also practical significance.
