从企业经营管理的层面来说,人力资源管理的作用在企业核心竞争力的形成过程中有着关键性的作用。本文从薪酬体系在人力资源管理中的作用及绩效工资在薪酬体系中的重要性出发,提出了绩效工资在企业人力资源管理中如何发挥激励作用的策略。
From the perspective of business management, the role of human resource management plays a key role in the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Starting from the importance of the salary system in human resource management and the importance of performance salary in the salary system, this paper puts forward the strategy of how the performance salary should play an incentive role in the human resource management.
