利用InGaAs检测器与C-T固定光栅结合,外加光纤技术,研制了Pu(Ⅳ)和硝酸快速分析装置。应用NIST SRM2065标准物质测试表明,该仪器测量速度快、波长重复性好、稳定性高。采用该分析装置建立了后处理工艺中Pu(Ⅳ)和硝酸含量的快速分析方法,水相料液中硝酸和钚的测定范围分别为0.42~3.97mol/L、1.07~25.26g/L。
Using the InGaAs detector and C-T fixed grating combined with optical fiber technology, Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid rapid analysis devices were developed. The application of NIST SRM2065 standard material test shows that the instrument has high measuring speed, good wavelength repeatability and high stability. The analytical method was used to establish a rapid analytical method for Pu (Ⅳ) and nitric acid in the aftertreatment process. The determination range of nitric acid and plutonium in aqueous feed solution was 0.42 ~ 3.97mol / L and 1.07 ~ 25.26g / L, respectively.
