在构造运动许可速度场的基础上,采用能量法求解了三辊联合穿轧管过程中的轧制力,轧制力矩及顶头轴向力,分析了工艺参数对力能参数的影响。
Based on the construction of kinematic speed field, the rolling force, rolling torque and head axial force in the process of three-roll combined wear-and-tear tube were solved by energy method. The influence of process parameters on the energy parameter was analyzed.
