目的探讨产前超声对胎儿眼部异常的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析8例产前超声诊断为胎儿眼部异常的临床资料、声像图特征与随访结果。结果51 100例胎儿中共检出眼部异常8例,其中小眼畸形3例,无眼畸形5例。1例为单纯性畸形,7例合并其他结构畸形。所有病例均经引产后证实。结论超声能直观显示胎儿眼部结构,对眼球异常的诊断有重要意义。检查前详细采集孕妇病史,对具有高危因素的胎儿作重点部位连续动态观察,可显著提高胎儿眼部异常的检出率,减少漏诊率。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal eye abnormalities. Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 cases of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal eye abnormalities clinical data, sonographic features and follow-up results. Results Eighty cases of ocular abnormalities were detected in 51 100 fetuses, including 3 cases of small ocular deformity and 5 cases of no ocular deformity. 1 case was simple deformity, 7 cases combined with other structural deformities. All cases were confirmed after induction of labor. Conclusion Ultrasound can visualize the ocular structure of the fetus, which is of great significance for the diagnosis of abnormal eyeballs. A detailed examination of the history of pregnant women before the examination, continuous observation of the key parts of the fetus with high-risk factors can significantly improve the detection rate of fetal eye abnormalities and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
