本文采用ＧＦ－ＡＡＳ加平台技术、基体改进剂，测定了中药片仔癀、六味地黄丸中铬、铅和镉的含量。铬、铅和镉的线性范围分别为０～０．８ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０～５０ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０～５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，回收率分别为１０２～１０３％，９９～１０１％，９７．５～９８％，本方法简便快速、准确。 In this paper, the content of chromium, lead and cadmium in the Chinese medicine Pien Tze Huang and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan was determined using GF-AAS plus platform technology and matrix modifier. The linear ranges of chromium, lead, and cadmium were 0-0.8 ng/mL, 0-50 ng/mL, 0-5 ng/mL, and the recoveries were 102-103%, 99-101%, and 97.5-98%, respectively. This method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
