提出一种用大直径液芯光波导作为溶液浓度传感器的新方案,其优点是可获得较高的测量灵敏度.对系统的工作原理,灵敏度与系统结构参数的关系作了分析和讨论.实验结果与理论分析基本一致.
A new scheme of using a large diameter liquid core optical waveguide as a solution concentration sensor is proposed, which has the advantage of obtaining higher measurement sensitivity. The working principle of the system, the sensitivity and the relationship between the system structure parameters were analyzed and discussed. Experimental results and theoretical analysis are basically the same.
