[目的]了解临沂市城镇小学生营养状况,指导小学生膳食营养。[方法]2004年9月随机抽取临沂市驻城3所小学3 214名7~12岁小学生,按照《全国学生体质健康调研检测实施细则》要求进行调查。[结果]调查3 214 人,营养良好率为60 11%,其中男生为59 77%,女生为60 47%;营养不良率为4 82%,其中男生为3 60%,女生为6 09%;超重、肥胖率分别为17 28%、17 80%,其中男生为17 52%和19 11%,女生为17 01%和16 43%。[结论]临沂市城镇小学生营养状况良好,女生营养不良率高于男生,男生超重、肥胖率明显高于女生。 [Objective] To understand the nutritional status of urban primary school students in Linyi and to guide the diet nutrition of primary school students. [Method] In September 2004, 3 214 pupils aged from 7 to 12 in 3 primary schools in Linyi City were randomly selected and investigated in accordance with the requirements of "Implementing Rules of National Student Physical Health Survey. [Results] Among 3 214 people, the rate of good nutrition was 60.11%, of which 59.77% were for boys and 60.47% for girls. The rate of malnutrition was 4 82%, including 36% for boys and 60% for girls. Overweight and obesity rates were 17 28% and 17 80% respectively, of which 17 52% and 19 11% were boys and 17 01% and 16 43% were girls. [Conclusion] The nutrition status of primary school students in urban areas of Linyi City is good, the rate of malnutrition in girls is higher than that of boys, the boys are overweight, and the obesity rate is obviously higher than that of girls.
