为了进一步研究耐火钢的性能,通过添加Mo、W、Nb等合金元素并进行了相应试验与测试,研究了各种合金元素对耐火钢性能的影响,开发出了含Mo、W合金的耐火钢材料。结果表明,Mo、W的加入可明显提高建筑用钢的力学性能与高温耐火性,降低冲击韧性及屈强比;当Mo含量为0.3%左右的样品以及W含量为0.21%的样品强韧匹配效果较佳。
In order to further study the properties of refractory steel, the addition of Mo, W, Nb and other alloying elements and the corresponding tests and tests were conducted to study the effects of various alloying elements on the properties of refractory steels and the development of refractory steels containing Mo and W alloys material.
