目的 探讨细胞间粘附分子 - 1(intercelluar adhesion molecule- 1,ICAM- 1)在血管生成中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学法 (S- P法 )检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期 ICAM- 1的表达。结果 增生期血管瘤中形成管腔的内皮细胞高表达 ICAM- 1,增生期 ICAM- 1的平均光密度和阳性面积率均高于退化期 ,统计学有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 本文提示 ICAM- 1在血管腔形成过程中表达增强 ,参与血管生成。
Objective To investigate the role of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in angiogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemistry (S-P method) was used to detect the expression of ICAM-1 in proliferating and degenerating human hemangiomas. Results The expression of ICAM-1 in the proliferating hemangiomas with high expression of ICAM-1 was significantly higher than that in the degenerative stage (P <0.01) ). Conclusion This paper suggests that ICAM-1 is expressed during the process of vessel formation and is involved in angiogenesis.
