采用考虑了轴向扩散、液膜传质阻力和固定相孔内扩散传质阻力的普遍化速率模型研究紫杉醇和三尖杉磷碱的色谱过程 ;利用有限元和正交配置法对模型方程进行了数值求解。与紫杉醇和三尖杉磷碱的正相色谱数据进行比较的结果显示 :模型能够与试验数据吻合得较好 ,轴向扩散不是影响紫杉醇和三尖杉磷碱色谱分离的主要因素 ,可以使两者的色谱分离在较高流速下操作。
The generalized rate model of paclitaxel and Ciclatrine was studied by taking into account the generalized velocity model taking into account the axial diffusion, the mass transfer resistance of the liquid membrane and the mass transfer resistance in the pores of the stationary phase. Compared with the data of normal phase chromatogram of paclitaxel and Cephalokidophos, the model can be in good agreement with the experimental data. Axial diffusion is not the main factor that affects the separation of paclitaxel and Cephalotaxylcholine, The chromatographic separation was operated at higher flow rates.
