公安部2007年曾表示,保安已经成为协助维护社会治安的重要力量。当前保安从业人员普遍存在素质偏低的问题,难以满足社会各界日益增长的安全服务需求。保安员培训是保安服务业的一个重要组成部分,如今面临着岗前资格培训不落实、培训机构设置不合理、培训内容不合规定等诸多问题,影响了保安服务业的可持续发展。因此,加强和改进保安员培训工作,提高整体素质任重而道远。
The Ministry of Public Security said in 2007 that security has become an important force in helping to maintain public order. At present, security personnel are generally under-qualified in quality and can hardly meet the ever-increasing demand for security services from all walks of life. Security guards training is an important part of the security service industry. Nowadays, they face many problems such as the pre-service qualification training, the unreasonable setting of training institutions and the irregular training content, which have affected the sustainable development of the security service industry. Therefore, it is a long way to go to strengthen and improve the training of security guards and improve the overall quality.
