为了使高功率、大增益的CO2 激光器光束均匀化 ,提出了一种新方法 :在不增加插入损耗的前提下 ,利用平凹谐振腔中凹镜的曲率半径周期改变使激光光束的模式不断变化 ,从而使叠加的光束在时间上实现了光滑化处理。
