以造纸污水厂的剩余污泥为底物,通过分析不同含固量(9.13%、10.57%、12.09%、14.12%、16.41%)下污泥的产气特性,研究高含固量造纸污泥产沼气的可行性。结果表明:5种含固量下,14.12%和16.41%的累积产气量远高于前三者,且16.41%的相对更高,其历时40 d的累积产气量达到5 605 m L;污泥含固量对反应后污泥和沼液性质有很重要的影响;菌种未经预处理,系统产气需要一定的时间,污泥含固量不同,所需时间不同,依次为9.13%>12.09%>10.57%>16.41%>14.12%。
Based on the analysis of the gas production characteristics of sludge with different solid contents (9.13%, 10.57%, 12.09%, 14.12% and 16.41%), the paper studied the production of sludge with high solid content Production of biogas feasibility.
