目的:了解福建省花生中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、黄曲霉毒素B2(AFB2)、黄曲霉毒素G1(AFG1)和黄曲霉毒素G2(AFG2)的污染状况。方法:从福建省九个地区采集花生和花生制品,用高效液相色谱测定黄曲霉毒素含量。结果:共测定62份花生,40份花生酱,20份花生油。以国家标准规定的黄曲霉毒素B1限值20μg/kg计,超标率分别为17.7%、37.5%和0。4种毒素中AFB1阳性率和平均浓度最高,AFB2、AFG1和AFG2的阳性率和平均浓度依次降低。结论:福建省花生和花生制品的黄曲霉毒素污染比较普遍,4种毒素中以AFB1污染为主。
Objective: To investigate the contamination of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), afB2 (AFB2), aflatoxin G1 (AFG1) and aflatoxin G2 (AFG2) in peanut in Fujian Province. Methods: Peanut and peanut products were collected from nine areas in Fujian Province, and aflatoxin content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: A total of 62 peanuts, 40 peanut butter and 20 peanut oil were tested. According to the national standard of aflatoxin B1 limit 20μg / kg, the over-standard rates were 17.7% and 37.5%, respectively. The positive rate and average concentration of AFB1 among the 0.4 toxins were the highest. The positive rates and average rates of AFB2, AFG1 and AFG2 Concentration decreased in turn. Conclusion: The aflatoxins contamination of peanut and peanut products in Fujian Province is relatively common, and the four toxins are mainly AFB1.
