鄱阳湖是江西的聚宝盆,同时也是江西的心腹之患,治理鄱阳湖为江西省上下所关注。1999年,国家批准鄱阳湖(二期)治理工程总投资达20.08亿元。鄱阳湖治理工程沿湖分布在5个地(市)内,涉及到12个县(市)、3个县级农场,具有分散、点多、线长、面广和量大的特点。为更好地进行鄱阳湖治理工程建设管理,江西省水利厅决定建立计算机辅助建设管理信息系统(CCMIS)。
Poyang Lake is a cornucopia in Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi is also a henacle of suffering, governance, Poyang Lake, Jiangxi province from top to bottom concern. In 1999, the state approved the total investment for the governance of Poyang Lake (Phase II) to reach 2.208 billion yuan. Poyang Lake Management Project is divided into 5 places (cities) along the lake, involving 12 counties (cities) and 3 county-level farms. It has the characteristics of decentralization, point multiplication, line length, wide area and large quantity. In order to better manage the construction of Poyang Lake, Jiangxi Provincial Department of Water Resources decided to establish a computer-aided construction management information system (CCMIS).
