随着我国企业集团管控能力的不断加强,充分发挥企业集团的协同效应成为管理层考虑的重点问题,财务共享服务中心的构建因此受到了重点关注,并开始应用于我国企业的实践活动。文章分析了我国企业构建财务共享服务中心的动因及关键因素,并指出现阶段我国企业构建财务共享中心所面临的挑战以及给企业所带来的价值。
With the constant strengthening of the management and control ability of the enterprise groups in our country, giving full play to the synergistic effect of the enterprise groups has become a key issue for the management to consider. Therefore, the construction of the financial sharing service center has been given priority attention and started to be applied to the practice of Chinese enterprises. This paper analyzes the motivation and key factors for Chinese enterprises to establish a financial sharing service center, and points out the challenges that enterprises in our country are facing at this stage and the value they bring to the enterprises.
