目的 :探讨鼻咽癌 (NPC)组织及患者外周血白细胞和血清中EB病毒DNA的分布及其与NPC的关系。方法 :采用多聚酶链反应 (PCR)检测 39例NPC组织 (NPC组 1)中EB病毒DNA ,2 4例NPC患者 (NPC组 2 )外周血白细胞及血清中EB病毒DNA ,2 0例慢性鼻咽炎组织 (对照组 1)中EB病毒DNA ,10例头颈部其他部位肿瘤患者 (对照组 2 )和 10例慢性鼻咽炎患者 (对照组 3)外周血白细胞及血清中EB病毒DNA ;同时采用免疫酶法检测NPC组 2、对照组 2和对照组 3血清中EB病毒VCA IgA抗体效价。 结果 :NPC组 1EB病毒DNA阳性率为 71.8% (2 8/ 39) ,对照组 1阳性率为 15 .0 % (3/ 2 0 ) ,其差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;NPC组 2外周血白细胞中EB病毒DNA阳性率为 4 1.6 7% (10 / 2 4 ) ,对照组 2阳性率为 10 .0 0 % (1/ 10 ) ,对照组 3外周血白细胞中EB病毒DNA为阴性 ,NPC组 2分别与对照组 2和对照组 3比较 ,差异均有统计学意义 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;NPC组 2、对照组 2和对照组 3血清中EB病毒DNA均为阴性 ;NPC组 2血清中EB病毒VCA IgA抗体效价分别与对照组 2和对照组 3比较 ;差异均有统计学意义 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NPC组织中检测出EB病毒DNA的阳性率较高 ,外周血白细胞中阳性率较低 ,血清中未能检测出EB病毒DNA ,说明EB病毒从癌组织—→外
Objective: To investigate the distribution of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA in peripheral blood leukocytes and serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its relationship with NPC. Methods: Epstein-Barr virus (DNA) was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 39 cases of NPC (NPC group 1), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA in serum of 24 NPC patients (NPC group 2) and 20 serum nasopharyngitis Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA in tissues (control group 1), EBV DNA in 10 patients with tumor in other parts of head and neck (control group 2) and 10 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis (control group 3) Enzyme method was used to detect the antibody titer of Epstein-Barr virus VCA IgA in NPC group 2, control group 2 and control group 3 serum. Results: The positive rate of 1EB DNA in NPC group was 71.8% (28/39), while that in control group 1 was 15.0% (3/2 0) (P <0.05) The positive rate of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA in peripheral blood leukocytes of NPC group was 4 1.6 7% (10/2 4) and that of control group 2 was 10.0% (1/10) The DNA of the NPC was negative, NPC group 2 were compared with the control group 2 and the control group 3, the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05); NPC group 2, control group 2 and control group 3 serum EB virus DNA were negative. The antibody titer of Epstein-Barr virus VCA IgA in serum of NPC group 2 was significantly lower than that of control group 2 and control group 3 respectively (all P <0.01). Conclusion: The positive rate of Epstein-Barr virus DNA detected in NPC tissues is high, the positive rate of peripheral blood leukocytes is low, and the EB virus DNA can not be detected in serum, indicating that Epstein-Barr virus (Epstein-Barr virus)
