目的　证实津医精神运动成套测验 (JPB)的实用性、科学性 ,为亚克汀病提供科学的诊断方法。方法　选择非及轻、中等碘缺乏病区 ,用《中国第二次修订联合型瑞文测验》和 JPB对 8～ 12岁在校学生进行智商和精神运动功能测验 ,其结果用 SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果　津医精神运动成套测验总 T分和单项 T分 (除符号记入外 )均与缺碘程度、智商及教师评价一致。结论　 JPB具有较高的灵敏度 ,能客观、准确的反映缺碘引起的精神运动功能损伤 ,是诊断亚克汀病实用、有效的工具 Objective To confirm the practicability and scientific nature of the JinByun Psychomotor Complete Test (JPB) and to provide a scientific diagnostic method for.
