用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了28例(29眼)孔源性视网膜脱离的血浆及SRF中TXB2和6—酮—PGF1α。29眼中7眼网脱术后出现CME。血浆及SRF中的TXB2浓度,CME组高于非CME组(P<0.05);血浆及SRF中的6—酮—PGF1α浓度,CME组与非CME组无显著差异;TXB2/6—酮—PGF1α的比值,CME组高于非CME组。提示CME的发病与TXA2/PGI2失衡有关,TXA促使血管收缩.可能导致CME。
Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to determine TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma and SRF of 28 patients (29 eyes) with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. CME occurred in 7 of 29 eyes after surgery. TXB2 concentration in plasma and SRF was significantly higher in CME group than in non-CME group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in concentration of 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma and SRF between CME group and non-CME group. TXB2 / 6- -PGF1α ratio, CME group than non-CME group. Tip CME incidence and TXA2 / PGI2 imbalance, TXA to promote vasoconstriction. May cause CME.
