本文以青花菜的不同部位的组织作为外植体,培养于MS培养基中,补充以不同浓度的BA及NAA,均能产生愈伤组织。 无论叶片、中肋及花序柄作为外植体,所分化的根的长度均随NAA浓度的减少而逐渐增加(BA均为5毫克/升),而分化的根数、则逐渐减少。用中肋及花序柄培养的都比叶片培养的根长,根数多。 芽的分化比根的分化少得多,但用花序柄为外植体,在BA 5毫克/升及NAA为0.1毫克/升的培养基中,可分化很多的芽,发根亦较长,是青花菜组织培养获得采种植株的适宜材料及适宜的激素配合。
In this paper, different parts of broccoli tissue as explants cultured in MS medium, supplemented with different concentrations of BA and NAA, can produce callus. Regardless of leaf blade, midrib and inflorescence as explants, the length of differentiated root increased gradually with the decrease of NAA concentration (BA 5 mg / l), while the number of differentiation gradually decreased. With rib and inflorescence handle than the leaf culture root length, root number and more. Differentiation of shoots was much less than that of roots, but with inflorescence stems as explants, many buds could be differentiated in BA 5 mg / L and NAA 0.1 mg / L medium with longer roots, Broccoli tissue culture is the appropriate material for planting plants and the appropriate hormone.
