目的观察促排卵验方联合枸橼酸氯米芬片辨治肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床效果。方法选择于我院就诊的肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者90例为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组口服枸橼酸氯米芬片,观察组则加用促排卵验方内服。对比两组治疗的妊娠率;记录基础体温BBT及激素水平变化;于排卵期监测子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡直径及成熟卵泡个数。结果观察组的妊娠率高达68.9%,与对照组37.8%的妊娠率相比显著升高(P<0.05);观察组的BBT改善优于对照组,其BBT正常率高达82.2%,显著高于对照组的46.7%(P<0.05);观察组经治疗后血清雌二醇(E_2)、黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组经治疗后其子宫内膜厚于对照组,优势卵泡直径较对照组明显增大,成熟卵泡个数较对照组明显增多(P<0.05)。结论促排卵验方联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症疗效肯定,其能显著改善BBT,提高激素水平,促进子宫内膜的发育及卵子的成熟、排出,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ovulation induction prescription combined with clomiphene citrate tablets in treating patients with infertility due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods 90 cases of infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of ovulation disorder selected in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 45 cases. The control group oral clomiphene citrate tablets, the observation group was added with ovulation prescription prescription orally. The pregnancy rates were compared between the two groups. BBT and hormone levels were recorded. The thickness of endometrium, the diameter of dominant follicles and the number of mature follicles were monitored during ovulation. Results The pregnancy rate in the observation group was as high as 68.9%, significantly higher than that in the control group (37.8%, P <0.05). BBT improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with BBT normal rate as high as 82.2% (P <0.05). The levels of serum estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) After treatment, the thickness of endometrium was thicker than that of the control group. The diameter of the dominant follicles was significantly larger than that of the control group, and the number of mature follicles was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ovulation prescription combined with clomiphene citrate tablets in the treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of ovulation certainly efficacy, which can significantly improve the BBT, improve hormone levels, promote the development of the endometrium and ovum maturation, discharge, it is worth Clinical application.
