目的： 探讨ＣＤ４４ｖ６蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展的关系。方法： 应用ＳＰ（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔａｖｉｄｉｎ-Ｐｅｒｏｘｉｄａｓｅ）免疫组化染色方法，检测１０例正常宫颈组织、４４例不典型增生、１６例原位癌和５５例宫颈鳞癌ＣＤ４４ｖ６蛋白的表达。结果：不典型增生的阳性表达率显著高于正常宫颈组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；原位癌的阳性过度表达率显著高于不典型增生（Ｐ ＜０．０５）；鳞癌阳性表达率显著高于原位癌 （Ｐ ＜０．０５）。ＣＤ４４ｖ６蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌临床分期、淋巴结转移有关，与组织学分级无关。结论：ＣＤ４４ｖ６与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展相关，与肿瘤浸润和转移相关；检测其表达既可作为早期癌变出现的指标，也可是判断宫颈鳞癌转移的有用指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 protein and the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD44v6 protein in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue, 44 cases of atypical hyperplasia, 16 cases of carcinoma in situ and 55 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was detected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical staining. Results: The positive rate of atypical hyperplasia was significantly higher than that of normal cervix (P <0.05). The positive rate of overexpression in situ carcinoma was significantly higher than that in atypical hyperplasia (P <0.05). The positive rate of squamous cell carcinoma Significantly higher than that of carcinoma in situ (P <0.05). The expression of CD44v6 protein was correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, but not with histological grade. Conclusion: CD44v6 is associated with carcinogenesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and correlates with tumor invasion and metastasis. Detecting the expression of CD44v6 can be used as an indicator of early carcinogenesis and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
