据最高人民法院提供的最新统计数字显示,全国法院一年审理的劳动纠纷案件达7.63万件,比劳动法实施第一年的1995年增长了1.7倍,平均每年递增20%以上。其中,因履行劳动合同而发生的劳动争议案件上升突出,而劳动者因被提前解除劳动合同,与单位形成的争议案件占到了相当大的比例。那么,劳动者遇到被提前解除劳动合同的情况,应该注意什么?
According to the latest statistics provided by the Supreme People’s Court, 76,300 cases of labor disputes are heard in courts throughout the country in one year, 1.7 times more than in 1995 in the first year of labor law, an average increase of more than 20% annually.
