结合传统道路资产管理系统数据采集方法低效、资产数据库系统性较差问题,研究道路资产管理系统对道路,尤其是农村公路采集和管养难点的解决方案,并通过对道路资产数据采集、道路数据库构建、道路全资产管理及构建应用系统等方面的研究,形成一套基于三维实景和精密GIS技术的道路资产管理方案,为相关道路数据库系统的设计开发提供技术支持.
