丙烯酸-植物单宁处理对胶原稳定性的影响

胶原作为一种独特的结缔组织蛋白在生物相容性材料、药物载体、化妆品等领域有着广泛的应用。有人进行了丙烯酸树脂预处理后,用植物多元酚(黑荆树皮单宁)处理小鼠尾腱中I型胶原来提高其稳定性的研究。研究表明,用丙烯酸树脂对胶原纤维进行预处理后再用黑荆树皮单宁处理,其湿热稳定性提高了25℃。对未处理和处理过的胶原切片进行红外光谱研究,显示了处理后胶原发生的变化。透射电镜和圆二色谱研究让我们对改性胶原的稳定性有了更深的了解,其稳定性来源于丙烯酸和植物多元酚的处理。希望本研究可以加强胶原组织的生物材料应用。
