在新的国企改革背景下,电网企业被定义为中央管理的公益型国有企业,兼俱公益和盈利双重任务,面对未来更加复杂的外部环境及多重目标考核要求,提升电网企业经营分析能力至关重要。本文围绕沙盘模拟的优势及特征,运用杜邦分解法解析经营指标,设定各类模拟分析场景,通过逐层推演,使数据更易被读解和使用,从而提高决策人员的运营分析能洞察力,有效的将信息与决策制定相结合,进一步探讨沙盘模拟在电网企业决策中的应用。
