利用Fluent软件,对采空区瓦斯为均匀涌出、分段均匀涌出及连续涌出条件下的采空区瓦斯浓度及自燃带分布情况进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:瓦斯均匀涌出时,采空区浅部的瓦斯浓度低于分段均匀涌出及连续涌出下的瓦斯浓度,在采空区深部其瓦斯浓度高于其他2种情况下的瓦斯浓度。针对瓦斯分段均匀涌出与连续涌出2种情况,采空区浅部区域两者瓦斯浓度相差不大;而在采空区深部,前者瓦斯浓度要大于后者。瓦斯均匀涌出时,其自燃带宽度较其他2种情况小;瓦斯分段均匀涌出时,其自燃带宽度比瓦斯连续涌出时略大。对采空区流场进行研究时,将瓦斯考虑为均匀涌出或者分段均匀涌出都是不准确的,应根据采空区瓦斯涌出的实际特点进行研究。
By using Fluent software, the numerical simulation of gas concentration and spontaneous combustion zone in goaf under the conditions of uniform gush of gas in goaf, uniform gush of grate, and continuous gush out are carried out. The results show that when the gas gushes out evenly, the gas concentration in the shallow part of the goaf is lower than that in the continuous gushing out of the section, and the gas concentration in the deep part of the goaf is higher than that in the other two cases concentration. In view of the uniform gas emission and continuous emission of gassy gas, the gas concentrations in the shallow area of goaf differ little, while in the deep of goaf, the former gas concentration is greater than the latter. When the gas gushes out evenly, the spontaneous combustion belt width is smaller than that in the other two cases; when the gas section gushes out evenly, the spontaneous combustion belt width is slightly larger than the continuous gas emission. When studying the flow field in the goaf, it is inaccurate to consider the gas as uniform gush or uniform gush of the section, and should be studied according to the actual characteristics of gas emission in the goaf.
