设计了基于PID控制技术的高精度激光器温度控制和功率控制模块。激光器驱动电流控制精度为0.1mA,系统温漂小于25mK,实现了泵浦激光器24h波长漂移小于0.02nm。依据遗传算法,采用5波长大功率半导体激光器后向泵浦和100.8km色散位移光纤,实现了带宽为90nm、增益平坦度为0.87dB的拉曼放大。
A high precision laser temperature control and power control module based on PID control technology is designed. Laser drive current control accuracy of 0.1mA, the system temperature drift less than 25mK, to achieve a pump laser 24h drift less than 0.02nm. According to genetic algorithm, 5-wavelength high power semiconductor laser backward pump and 100.8km dispersion-shifted fiber are used to achieve Raman amplification with a bandwidth of 90nm and gain flatness of 0.87dB.
