在硫酸酸性介质和溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下用紫外吸收、荧光光谱法对β-环糊精(β-CD)与苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)的主客体包络反应及协同增敏作用机理进行了研究,提出了水溶液中测定EB的荧光光度新方法,灵敏度高,检出限为4.9×10-9mol·L-1,其线性范围为5.3×10-9~2.0×10-6mol·L-1,方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%(n=5).应用本法于苯甲酸雌二醇注射液样品中EB的测定,结果满意
The host-guest envelope of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and estradiol benzoate (EB) was determined by UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy in the presence of sulfuric acid and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) Reaction and synergistic sensitization mechanism were studied. A new fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of EB in aqueous solution was proposed. The sensitivity was high, with a detection limit of 4.9 × 10-9mol·L-1 and a linear range of 5.3 × 10-9 ~ 2.0 × 10-6mol·L-1, the relative standard deviation of the method was 1.3% (n = 5). The method was applied to the determination of EB in the sample of estradiol benzoate injection with satisfactory results
