分析了模具行业存在的问题和现实性要求, 提出了一种虚拟模具CAD/CAE/CAM 系统思想——VC3, 创造性地构造了其系统框架结构,并对其环境技术进行了详细地研究,给出了虚拟公司数据仓库的数据层次关系图。虚拟模具CAD/CAE/CAM 系统的思想是敏捷制造技术、并行工程、专家系统、网络技术及先进的管理技术的综合体现。该系统的核心在于集成,实现方式采用虚拟手段,具体体现为生产系统的控制与技术管理、生产经营一体化、管理工程设计、决策支撑管理和数据通讯等技术的虚拟集成。该虚拟技术的实现, 有助于整个模具制造业找到一个新的应用发展突破点, 真正体现高速、高效、高质的优势。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems and realistic requirements in the mold industry, a CAD / CAE / CAM system idea for virtual molds (VC3) was proposed. Its system framework was creatively constructed and its environmental technology was studied in detail. Out of the virtual company data warehouse data hierarchy diagram. Virtual mold CAD / CAE / CAM system is the idea of agile manufacturing technology, concurrent engineering, expert systems, network technology and advanced management techniques to achieve a comprehensive embodiment.
