我院自 1991年 2月～ 1999年 3月共收治伤寒病人 162例 ,其中发生急性造血功能停滞 11例 ,给治疗带来很大困难 ,现报道如下。1　临床资料1.1一般资料　所有病例均经血细菌培养确诊 ,11例发生造血停滞病人中 ,男 7例 ,女 4例 ,年龄 2 9～ 65岁 ,平均 42岁。既往均无血液病史。入 Our hospital from February 1991 to March 1999 were treated in patients with typhoid fever in 162 cases, of which 11 cases of acute hematopoietic arrest occurred, to the treatment of great difficulties, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information All cases were confirmed by blood bacterial culture, 11 cases of hematopoietic arrest in patients, 7 males and 4 females, aged 29 to 65 years, mean 42 years.
