本文研究了提高图书质量的主要对策,包括实行策划编辑制,提高选题质量;完善审稿流程,增强策划编辑对书稿内容质量的责任意识;加强社外编辑管理,确保社外编辑审稿质量;完善校对软件对医学书稿的校对功能;实行编辑电子审稿和发稿;加强校对质量控制,对校对人员在书稿清样阶段发现错误的给予物质奖励,对加工编辑的考核兼顾数量和差错率;成立图书印数定价委员会,加强图书定价和印数管理等等。
