据Messing等人报导,作为固定化葡萄糖异构酶的氧化铝无机载体所需的孔径应大于酶分子长轴70~90(?)的二倍,即175(?).因此,为使酶分子既能进入载体的孔穴,又不易脱落,则必须要考虑载体孔径大小.1983年印明善等曾对以偏铝酸钠硝酸法制备的一种大孔氧化铝载体(约200(?))进行过异构酶载体的研究.本文旨在对国内市售的小孔径多孔氧化铝进行扩孔试验.该氧化铝在1050℃下,经焙烧1小时,其平均孔径可达180(?),它适宜作为固定化葡萄糖异构酶的载体.
