为了探讨线粒体随增龄的形态学变化以及耐力运动训练对其的影响,本文运用电镜技术观察小鼠心肌线粒体形态,通过计算机图象分析系统对小鼠心肌线粒体结构进行形态计量分析,发现老年鼠心肌线粒体数目减少,体积无显著增大,线粒体比表面减小。耐力运动训练可缓解心肌线粒体的这一退行性变化程度,提示在耐力训练过程中.由于能源需求的加大,刺激了心肌线粒体的增生、蛋白质的合成,改善心肌功能。
In order to investigate the morphological changes of mitochondria with aging and the effects of endurance exercise training, the mitochondrial morphology of myocardium was observed by electron microscopy. Morphometric analysis of myocardial mitochondrial structure was performed by computer image analysis system. Myocardial mitochondria decreased, no significant increase in volume, mitochondrial specific surface area decreased. Endurance exercise training can relieve this degenerative change of myocardial mitochondria, suggesting that during endurance training. Due to increased energy demand, stimulate myocardial mitochondrial hyperplasia, protein synthesis, improve myocardial function.
