目的探讨股骨颈疲劳骨折的临床及X线诊断方法。方法回顾分析22例股骨颈疲劳骨折的临床表现及X线征象。结果右髋关节发生18例,左髋关节发生4例,X线表现为横行线样致密影,骨小梁结构紊乱、模糊,骨皮质增厚、翘起。结论X线影像是诊断股骨颈疲劳骨折的主要方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical and X-ray diagnostic methods of femoral neck fatigue fracture. Methods Retrospective analysis of 22 cases of femoral neck fracture and clinical manifestations of X-ray signs. Results Right hip occurred in 18 cases, left hip occurred in 4 cases, the X-ray showed horizontal line-like dense shadow, trabecular structure disorders, blurred, cortical thickening, tilt. Conclusion X-ray imaging is the main method to diagnose the femoral neck fracture.
