酒精、碘酒是临床传统使用的皮肤消毒剂。为了调查了解我院使用中皮肤消毒剂的消毒灭菌效果质量，我们对我院常规使用的皮肤消毒剂（75％酒精、2％碘酒、新洁灵）质量进行追踪监测。共采样366份标本。发现75％酒精不合格率为29．1％；2％碘酒不合格率为6．4％；新洁灵全部合格。监测结果表明，污染原因与临床使用、保管不当等因素有关。 Alcohol, iodine is the traditional clinical skin disinfectant.
